Water polo is a relatively new sports code at the North-West University (NWU). We have both men’s and women’s teams and participated in the USSA events for the first time in 2017. We are enrolled in the Gauteng league.

We aim to provide a total aquatics offering through the water-polo discipline, encouraging NWU students to develop a sound physical body, mind and soul and to promote a discipline that, as a summer sport, attracts potential and retains existing water-polo players.
