Mahikeng Campus

Bodybuilding was first developed in the 19th century and has since gained popularity in many countries. Bodybuilding is a unique sport, with the primary focus being the athletes’ physical appearance. Athletes who play this sport are often referred to as bodybuilders. The sport requires quite an effort to achieve the desired results. Some bodybuilders speak of years of patience before they could start competing at a competitive level. The NWU Mahikeng bodybuilding team trains at the famous Great Hall.

The NWU Mahikeng bodybuilding team has been outstanding over the past three years. In 2018 two athletes were invited to the Arnolds Classic Championships.
